  • Change in mole
It is very normal for all of us to have moles on our bodies. However, if you suddenly notice that a mole has changed in size or color, it is a warning sign that something is wrong. A melanoma mole might have a shape that is unlike the regular moles that we usually see. This irregular mole may also appear to have increased in size. Not only this, but the mole may also change in color. Furthermore, the mole might also have a bordering that is not smooth. If you cannot distinguish between a mole that does not look like a regular one, the only way left is to compare it with the rest of the moles and study whether it differs from the rest.
  • Bleeding mole
Apart from all the changes mentioned above, look for any signs that your mole is bleeding or oozing any kind of liquid. If the mole starts to peel, it is a warning sign that something is amiss. There are also certain cases where the mole begins to peel off. This is also considered to be one of the early warning signs of melanoma.

Of course, visual problems are a general health problem that could occur simply because a person is aging, as not every case is melanoma. But when it comes to melanoma, people that are affected may also develop spots on the iris. Some patients may even experience a partial form of blindness.
